About the event
As trailblazers in Liquid Leading, a partner dance technique where everyone leads and follows, we're creating a space for an inclusive and expressive body dialogue. This innovative approach empowers individuals from varied backgrounds to embrace their unique narratives, celebrating the beauty of diversity and fostering authentic connections that transcend language. Join us on this exciting journey as we guide each of you towards new horizons through the harmonious fusion of movement, culture, and personal growth. Get ready for an experience that honors life and the enchantment within both body and soul!
All levels welcome.
We'll start at 13:30 with a welcome and opening circle, and will dive together into a exploration of your body in movement, and connection to others until about 16:00, to then move into a free dance practice/social dancing until 17:15ish, where you can apply and have fun with everything we've learned. Finishing our day after the free flow with grounding excercices, and sharing.
