use our services, including our website, online and in-person sessions, and digital products. We comply with the Swiss

Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable U.S.

privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.1 Personal Data

• Identifiers: Name, preferred name, pronouns, email address, phone number, IP address, and current location.

• Health Information: Any physical or mental health information you voluntarily share to help us support you safely

(e.g., injuries, limitations, emotional context).

• Payment Information: Billing address and payment method. Credit card details are processed by our third-party

payment processors (Stripe or Square) and are not stored by B-Moving.

• Session Data: Information shared during intake forms, coaching sessions, or communications.

• Other Data: Any additional information you voluntarily share in forms, emails, or sessions.

2.2 Data from Minors

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected such

data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us at info@b-moving.com.
 

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide, deliver, and improve our services, including coaching sessions and digital products.

• To process payments and manage bookings.

• To communicate with you about sessions, scheduling, updates, and occasional marketing emails. You may opt

out of marketing communications at any time.

• To comply with applicable Swiss, EU, and U.S. legal obligations.

We will never use your health or sensitive personal information for marketing purposes.

• Payment Processors: Stripe or Square, for secure payment processing. These providers maintain their own

• Booking and Communication Tools: Platforms used to manage scheduling and client communications (e.g.,

Calendly, email providers).

• Form Tools: Google Forms or similar, used for intake and consent collection.

All service providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and are prohibited from

using it for any other purpose.

As B-Moving operates in both the United States (California) and Switzerland, your data may be transferred between

these jurisdictions. Where data is transferred outside the EU or Switzerland, we ensure adequate protection through

standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions recognized by the European Commission or Swiss authorities.

• Credit card data is never stored by B-Moving — all payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant

third-party processors.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

processing.

by applicable law. Specific retention guidelines include:

• Client and session records: retained for the duration of the coaching relationship and up to 3 years thereafter for

legal and accounting purposes.

• Health information: retained only for the active period of your engagement with B-Moving, then deleted unless a

longer period is required by law.

• Session credits: tracked for up to 90 days from issuance, in line with our credit expiry policy.

• Marketing communications: retained until you opt out, at which point your email will be removed from marketing

lists promptly.

• Payment records: retained as required by financial and tax regulations (typically 7 years).
 

10. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION

In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights or freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant

supervisory authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by GDPR and applicable law. We

will provide clear information about what happened, what data was affected, and what steps we are taking.
 

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including booking tools (e.g., Calendly) and social media

platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites and encourage you to review theirprivacy policies independently.


12. MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY

B-Moving may photograph or record sessions or events for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, you

consent to this use unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the session by emailing info@b-moving.com.

• Media will be used solely for B-Moving's promotional, educational, or archival purposes.

• Media will be retained for a maximum of 5 years unless otherwise agreed.

• Your opt-out request will be honored and documented.


13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements.

We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. The “Last Updated” date at the

top of this page indicates when the Policy was last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted
