TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last Updated: May 2025
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Brigitte
Wittmer, doing business as B-Moving (“B-Moving,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By clicking “I agree,” registering for a session, or
attending an event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services
immediately.
2. SERVICES
2.1 Service Description
B-Moving provides the following services:
• Online and in-person movement and embodiment coaching sessions
• Workshops, group classes, and training programs
• Digital products (e.g., online courses, videos, PDFs)
• Educational materials and resources
2.2 Service Delivery
• Services are delivered in person or online, primarily in the United States (California) and Switzerland.
• Services are provided in English and German. Other languages may be available upon request.
• You are responsible for ensuring you meet the technical requirements for online sessions.
3. PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
3.1 Voluntary Participation
Participation in B-Moving activities is voluntary. You acknowledge that these activities involve physical movement and
carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or emotional stress.
3.2 Health and Responsibility
• You confirm that you are in good physical, mental, and emotional health and have consulted a medical or mental
health professional if necessary.
• You must inform your instructor of any health concerns or limitations before participating in any session.
• You are solely responsible for assessing your readiness to participate.
3.3 Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, B-Moving, its instructors, and
affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, health issues, or property damage
that may occur during or after participation, and you release and waive any claims
against B-Moving arising from your participation, including those arising from
ordinary negligence. This waiver does not apply to gross negligence, willful
misconduct, or any liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
4. BOOKING, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Booking and Payment (General)
• All bookings are made in advance, via our website, email, or another agreed
method, and are secured upon payment. Spaces are limited.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full before a session, and
before a coaching arc begins.
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. A 3% processing fee applies to
credit-card payments; bank transfers (including Zelle) are not subject to this fee.
Currency-conversion fees are your responsibility.
4.2 Single Sessions (The Drop In)
• Drop In sessions are single sessions, paid in full at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling and cancellations:
– 48 or more hours before the session: you may reschedule, or receive a credit
valid for 90 days, subject to availability.
– Within 48 hours: no refund or reschedule.
– No-show: forfeited.
• A completed consent form is required before your first session.
• In-person sessions may include a studio-space fee at cost, and travel if we come
to you, agreed before booking.
4.3 The Living Practice (Committed Arcs)
• The Living Practice is an ongoing commitment to an arc of four, six, or twelve
months, at a chosen rhythm and session length. Committed rates apply only within
an arc, not on a session-by-session or month-to-month basis, unless agreed in
writing.
• Payment is monthly in advance, or paid in full at the stated discount, as set in
the individual client agreement.
• The specific terms of each engagement — rhythm, session length, price, pause
allowance, and the terms for ending early — are set in the individual client
agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms. Where they differ, the
individual client agreement governs.
• Sessions already held are non-refundable. Ending an arc early requires notice as
set out in the client agreement.
• If B-Moving cancels or is unable to complete an arc, a pro-rated refund is issued
for unused sessions.
• Grandfathered rates, where applicable, are stated in the individual client
agreement.
4.4 Private Immersions
• Immersions are bespoke. Scope, dates, and price are agreed in writing before
booking, and secured by a deposit.
• For anything outside the Bay Area, travel and accommodation are billed at cost and
agreed in writing before dates are set, with a two-day minimum.
• Cancellation terms are set in the individual agreement for each immersion.
4.5 Workshops and Group Classes
• Tickets are paid in advance and secured upon payment.
• Unless stated otherwise for a specific event: cancellation 7 or more days before
the event receives a credit valid for 90 days; within 7 days, tickets are
non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with notice.
4.6 If B-Moving Cancels
• If B-Moving cancels a session, arc session, or event, you will receive a full
refund or the option to transfer to another date. Refunds are processed within
7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4.7 Satisfaction and Concerns
• If you are dissatisfied with a session, contact info@b-moving.com within 48 hours
and we will offer a complimentary follow-up conversation. This is not a guarantee
of a refund or replacement, but reflects our commitment to your experience.
• New clients only: if after your first session you feel the work is not a fit, you
may receive a session credit (not a refund) valid for 90 days, at B-Moving's
discretion.
